NKBM, one of the biggest banks in Slovenia, wanted to update their existing online banking platform. It suffered from multiple issues such as a crowded and confusing interface, unclear user journeys, and forgotten and unused features.
My responsibility in the project was to visualize the updated user journeys, ideate on different designs and create a click dummy/prototypes which we used for A/B user testing. The redesigned application has been voted as the best online banking platform three years in a row.
